Dr Dai Morgan appointed new Deputy Course Director for ESD MPhil

Many congratulations to Dr Dai Morgan who has been appointed as the new Deputy Course Director for the MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development.

Dai currently works at the Institute for Manufacturing, Department of Engineering where he is a lead researcher with the EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Industrial Sustainability conducting research under eco-efficiency and sustainable industrial systems themes. He is currently involved in the H2020 research project MAESTRI, seeking to advance the sustainability of European manufacturing and process industries, focussing on industrial symbiosis tools and support. Dai also coordinates the Centre's cohort development programme and supports a range of research, engagement and teaching activities across the Centre and IfM.
We look forward to welcoming Dai to the Centre when he starts on March 1st.

An awareness of a range of assessment frameworks, sustainability metrics and methodologies such as Life Cycle Analysis, Systems Dynamics, Multi-Criteria Decision making and Impact Assessment.
